The easiest way to retrieve your password is to visit the sign in page and click the “forgot password” link. You can also contact us for help resetting your password.
Visit the “My Account” link in the menu at the top of the page and then follow the instructions on the page.
At the top right of the StudentVenture home page, simply click on “Submit my Event” and you’ll see a form that you can fill out with either a new competition or new details about an existing competition. Once we receive the submission, we’ll review it and – as long as it meets our criteria for inclusion – we’ll incorporate the information into the database.
When you first visit the Competitions page, ALL of the documented events appear. Use the filters on the left side of the page to narrow down your results.
For example, if you are looking for competitions available to residents of your state, choose your state from the “State Eligibility” filter. Results will include events in your state in addition to national and regional events. If you want to drill down further, check the boxes “Exclude National,” “Exclude Regional,” and “Exclude Unknown.” Now you will see events that are ONLY eligible for your state.
Other filters include a keyword search, event date range, application deadlines, and minimum first place awards.
The individual subscription option is for the subscriber’s personal use only. For expanded access to include your staff and students, select one of the site license options, which are priced based on the number of students you wish to share with.
Under the site license, you can share with as many students as you wish, but we use several tiers of pricing so that smaller schools with fewer entrepreneurship students pay less. Just choose the tier that matches your needs.
For the group subscriptions you will have access to a user management page where you can add users one at a time or upload them in bulk. You can remove users here as well. After users are added, an automated welcome message with their login information will be sent by email.
You can also have us import your users for you. We have a simple excel spreadsheet you can fill out with a users’ first names, last names, and email addresses.
StudentVenture is updated on a continual basis. As we receive or discover new competitions they are added to the database, and we update dates, prize amounts, and other key information as soon as it becomes available to us.
The competitions we include in StudentVenture are primarily those that are open to students from more than one university. If the competition is open to one campus only, it may not be included. If you would like to include your competition in StudentVenture, you may use the “Submit My Event” link to tell us about it and have it reviewed for addition to the database.
All videos, articles, and resources are available to logged in subscribers at the links located on the top right of the StudentVenture home page.
